About Us

Church of Pow came about while my son and I were skiing some deep powder one day in Huckleberry Canyon.  As we were cruising through the tree line, Jack came flying off a hill on his snowboard! He nailed the landing, went to make a quick turn and tumbled through the deep snow!  He came out laughing.  I looked at him and said "JP welcome to the Church of Pow!"  The name stuck and we spent the rest of the day coming up with ideas to develop a logo and create a ski clothing line.  For those of you who ski the POW, you know it's pure joy!  That's what we are trying to create - joy and the excitement of skiing the deep powder.  We hope you join us, and live the POW life!
